Usage inside the monthly plans is measured against a quota and each subscription plan has a different quota. Your quota is measured in company credits. So if you export 90 company records in a month and 200 people for those 90 companies, you'd be charged only for the company records.

You can see your remaining quota in the rectangle placed in the upper-left area of your screen.
