Before exporting, in the "Sample" screen, you can add some extra filters, to narrow down the list of leads.
Today we will take a look at the 2 new options we recently added:

  • Only export leads with Generic Emails
  • Only export leads with Personal Emails

Before going further into the topic I want to quickly address something: we will still add to your export all the emails found on a specific domain. Here's what each of these options does:

Only export leads with Generic Emails

Selecting this option will only return websites where we found at least one generic email. This is an option that was requested by users in Europe, which due to GDPR prefer reaching out to generic emails, such as [email protected] or [email protected]

While there will still be personal emails in your export, they are on a different column, so you can easily delete if they don't fit your purpose.

Only export leads with Personal Emails

On the other hand, selecting this option means you will only receive in your export domains where we found at least one employee + their matching email.
Likewise, there will still be generic emails in your export, on a different column. But the websites where we only found generic emails won't be included.
